Payment & Delivery

Payment Methods

You can choose the payment option that suits you best:

• On-line payment;
• Bank transfer to a sole proprietor account (FOP);
• Cash on delivery around Ukraine via Nova Poshta (with a prepayment).

For made-to-order items, full prepayment is required.
For cash on delivery orders, a prepayment of 500 UAH is required.
 

Delivery

• Within Ukraine:

We ship orders via Nova Poshta within 1–2 days with a 500 UAH prepayment.
The delivery cost is paid upon receipt. You can try on the item at the post office before making the final payment.

Please note that cash-on-delivery parcels are stored at Nova Poshta for 3 days. After this period, they are returned and may become available for purchase by other customers.

• International Delivery:

We ship internationally via Ukrposhta.
Shipping costs start from 600 UAH.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the remoteness of the location, and on average takes about 2 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

Items in stock can be tried on at the Nova Poshta branch upon delivery.

Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• the item is in its original condition;
• there are no signs of wear, damage, stains, or foreign odors;
• all tags and packaging are intact;
• the security seal is present and undamaged, confirming the item has not been used.

Custom-Made Items

Items made to individual measurements or customized according to personal requests are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Shipping & Refunds

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after the seller receives and inspects the returned item.
